Access & payment terms

MUET Ready services

MUET Ready provides independent preparation exercises. Content is originally authored based on the MPM format. This independent platform does not guarantee an exam band or result. You can check the scope of available materials in the catalogue before purchasing.

Plans and access periods

The total in Malaysian Ringgit and the number of access days are shown before payment. Access starts after payment verification. If access is still active, an additional purchase extends it from the current expiry date. Each purchase is a one-off payment, with no automatic renewal or charge.

Payment

Payments are processed through Billplz. The system stores order records and payment outcomes. Card details and banking login credentials are not entered or stored in MUET Ready. Verification may take time; check your order status before making another payment.

Transaction issues and refunds

For duplicate charges, payment without access activation or service issues, contact support with your order reference. Refund requests are reviewed against the transaction and access provided. Support will communicate the outcome and processing time. Refunds are not processed automatically on this site.

Accounts and materials

Use your account for your own learning. Do not share your password, resell materials or interfere with the system. Premium access ends when your subscription period expires. Attempt records remain available while the account and those records are retained.
