Privacy information

Information we use

MUET Ready uses your name, email, protected password, study goals, exercise answers, Speaking recordings and progress records to provide your account and learning experience. Recordings are stored only when you choose to record or upload a file.

Transactions

For payments, your name, email, amount and order reference are sent to Billplz. MUET Ready stores the bill ID, status, amount and access period. Banking or card information is handled on the payment provider’s page. Please refer to the Billplz privacy information when paying.

Sessions and access

Session cookies support login, language preferences and request security. Your account can access its own records; authorised administrators can access information for management and troubleshooting. Recordings are not published as public files.

Corrections and deletion

You can update your name and goals in your profile. If your account has payment orders, contact support to request deletion so transactions and access periods can be resolved first. Some transaction records may need to be retained for payment administration and dispute resolution. Backups are protected and managed by the operator.
